Day 9 at J Spiders: A Busy Day with New Experiences | The Z Blogs | 28/02/2025

Day 9 at J Spiders: A Busy Day with New Experiences Today was the 9th day of my journey at J Spiders. Last night, I set my alarm for 6:30 a.m. instead of 6:00 a.m. like usual. I had learned the hard way that snoozing my alarm until 7:30 a.m. was not a good idea. So, this time, I set it for 6:30 a.m. and woke up as soon as it rang. After freshening up and resolving an issue with the Java compiler I had been working on, I got ready and left for the institute by around 7:15 a.m. My commute usually takes 15 to 20 minutes if I go straight, but if I end up chatting or getting distracted, it takes longer. Today, however, I reached the institute on time. The Java class was about to start, and I saved three seats for my friends who come from a distance. They arrived later, saw me holding seats, and settled in as the class began. The instructor revised some of the topics from the previous class, like arithmetic operators, and then introduced the new topic: unary operators (++, --). He taught us ...

My 8th Day at JSpiders: A Series of Unforeseen Events

My 8th Day at JSpiders: A Series of Unforeseen Events Today marked my 8th day at JSpiders, and it was definitely an eventful one. Yesterday, I was talking to one of my friends, and since we stayed up late, I couldn't get enough sleep. I set my alarm for 6 AM, but when it rang, I snoozed it. When I checked the time again, it was 7:35 AM! I immediately jumped out of bed, got fresh, and hurriedly got ready to head to the institute. By the time I arrived, the class had already started. The teacher was dictating some points, and I quickly went inside, found a seat, and started writing down whatever was being taught. There was a girl sitting next to me, and I asked her if I could take a picture of the portion I had missed. In our Java class, we were given some practical questions on arithmetic operators. I opened my laptop to write the program, but the suggestions weren't showing up. I was confused because I had been using VS Code for a while and had already installed JDK and VS Code...

My 5th Day at J Spiders: A Day of Rushing, Classes, and Learning

My 5th Day at J Spiders: A Day of Rushing, Classes, and Learning Today was my fifth day at J Spiders. My alarm rang at 6:00 a.m., and as soon as I opened my eyes, I checked the time, quickly turned off the alarm, and set it again. The next time I woke up, it was already 7:00 a.m., which was very late for me, as I usually aim to wake up by 7:30 a.m. Panic set in, and I rushed to get ready for class. By the time I was done, I was already running behind, and I hadn’t even had breakfast. I quickly left for class, arriving at 10:15 a.m., which was my first time being late. However, to my surprise, the faculty hadn't arrived yet, just as usual. When he finally came in, he began the Java class. We discussed various topics, and the class lasted for about two hours, wrapping up at 10:00 a.m. But at 10:00 a.m., our next class, Aptitude, was supposed to start. Since I hadn’t eaten breakfast yet, I decided to leave the campus to find something to eat. Unfortunately, by the time I returned, bre...

My Day 4th at Q Spiders: Monday, February 24, 2025

My Day at Q Spiders: Monday, February 24, 2025 Today marked my fourth day at Q Spiders. My class started at 7:30 a.m., so yesterday I made sure to sleep early and set my alarm for 6:00 a.m. When the alarm went off at 6:00, I woke up and stopped it, but somehow I dozed off again without realizing it. The next thing I knew, the 6:30 alarm rang. I looked at the time and realized it was already 6:30—definitely a bit late. I quickly got up, changed into my uniform, packed my bag, and rushed to the institute without having breakfast. I was almost certain I’d be late for class, and although I could’ve waited 10 more minutes to grab some breakfast, I chose to head out since I was already running behind. By the time I reached the institute, many students had already arrived. I marked my attendance and took my seat. We all waited for the faculty to arrive. As usual, the faculty was about 25 minutes late. The first session of the day was Java with Keshav Sir. He introduced us to the concept of va...

A Sunday in My Life: A Journey of Small Adventures

A Sunday in My Life: A Journey of Small Adventures Today, I started my day with a bit of a surprise. Yesterday, I had stayed up late, around 1:30 or 2:00 AM, thinking I’d sleep in. However, I woke up around 6 or 7 AM, earlier than expected. I thought I hadn’t slept enough, so I went back to bed, only to wake up again a few hours later, this time to a call from my future roommate. It was around 9:30 AM when he called to inform me that the PG (Paying Guest) owner was planning to give my room to someone else. I immediately told him to ask the owner not to do so, as I was on my way to secure the room. After hanging up, I woke up fully, freshened up, and realized that I had missed breakfast at the PG. The night before, I had planned to have breakfast at a nearby restaurant, so I quickly got ready and went there. I ended up having a plate of Puri Sagu , a dish I’d never had before, at a restaurant I often visit. The food was okay, though the taste of the Puri Sagu was quite different from w...

Introduction to Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)

Introduction to Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) In our SQL class, we started by learning about different types of Database Management Systems (DBMS). These include: Hierarchical DBMS Network DBMS Object-Oriented DBMS Relational DBMS (RDBMS) While the first three types became obsolete during the 1960s and 1970s, the fourth one, Relational DBMS , is still widely used today. Let's dive deeper into RDBMS and its key features. What is a Relational DBMS? A Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) is a type of DBMS that stores data in the form of tables (rows and columns). This model was designed by the data scientist E.F. Codd . Any DBMS that follows the rules set by E.F. Codd is considered an RDBMS. An RDBMS allows you to organize data logically and efficiently. Structured Query Language (SQL) is used to communicate with and manage the data in RDBMS. Key Concepts of RDBMS Tables : A table is the fundamental unit in an RDBMS, where data is stored in the form of rows ...

My Third Day at JSpiders: Overcoming Fears and Finding Peace

My Third Day at JSpiders: Overcoming Fears and Finding Peace Today marks my third day at JSpiders in Bangalore, and I couldn't be more relieved and happy with how things have turned out. I started my day feeling excited and a bit anxious, but the events that followed helped me feel much more at ease. Morning Routine: A Calm Start I woke up and checked the time, realizing I had almost two hours before class started. I decided to scroll through social media for a little while, allowing myself a few moments to unwind. After that, I went for breakfast, which consisted of dosa with a type of chutney I couldn't quite identify. It was a simple yet satisfying meal. Once I was done, I got ready for class, making sure I had all the essentials that my instructor had mentioned. With about 20 minutes to spare, I decided to grab a cup of coffee from a nearby stall before heading to JSpiders. I reached the institute a little early, but many students were already there, lining up to scan their...

My Second Day of Training at QSpider: A Journey of Learning and Growth

My Second Day of Training at QSpider: A Journey of Learning and Growth Today marked the second day of my training at QSpider. My alarm was set for 8:00 a.m., but I woke up a bit earlier at 7:15 a.m. I had some extra time, so I decided to scroll through social media, particularly YouTube, and catch up on a few things. I had a relaxed start to the day, and then went for breakfast, which was idli with chutney. After finishing my meal, I returned to my room, feeling like I still had plenty of time left. I waited for a bit and then began getting ready for the day ahead. I packed my bag, double-checked everything, and locked my room. I made my way to the nearby tea stall where I enjoyed a cup of coffee. By then, I still had about 15 minutes to spare, so I grabbed another coffee before heading to the training center. Upon arriving at the center, I joined my peers in putting down our attendance in the register. I was there about 5 minutes before 10:00 a.m. but, as it turned out, the trainer di...

My First Day at J Spiders: A Journey of Learning and Determination

My First Day at J Spiders: A Journey of Learning and Determination Today, on the 20th of February, 2025, I began my exciting internship and training at J Spiders. This was a big day for me, as it marked the beginning of my professional journey after securing an internship offer from the company. The day started a bit chaotically, but I managed to navigate through it and make the most out of the experience. A Rush to Get Ready I woke up a bit late—around 8:46 AM—due to a long nap I had taken after waking up early. As soon as I saw the time, I panicked, realizing I only had about an hour and fifteen minutes to get ready. I knew it was going to be tight for getting dressed, having breakfast, and preparing all the essential documents for the center. Nevertheless, I rushed to take a quick shower, got dressed, and headed to the PG’s breakfast area. However, I didn’t like the food there, so I quickly returned to my room, grabbed my backpack with all the necessary documents, my laptop, and oth...

My Day 6 in Bangalore

A Day in My Life: From Breakfast to Bed – A Simple Journey of Enjoying Life in Bangalore

A Three-Day Journey of Leisure and Little Adventures

The day began with a fresh start. I woke up early and, since it was a day off, I had no specific work lined up. I spent most of the morning in my room, aimlessly scrolling through social media. It was one of those rare moments of doing absolutely nothing.

My Journey to Bangalore: A Personal Reflection | The Z Blogs | 14&15 feb 2025

My Journey to Bangalore: A Personal Reflection On the 14th of April, 2025, I embarked on a new chapter of my life, a journey that I had dreamed of for a long time. As I stood ready to leave my hometown, I felt the weight of both my luggage and the emotions of leaving behind old relationships and familiar places. My family, including my aunt and some other relatives, had come to see me off at home. My bags were heavier than expected, and I felt a bit overwhelmed. We all made our way to the railway station, where I was greeted with a mix of emotions. The whole family gathered to give me a warm farewell. There were hugs, good wishes, and heartfelt words from everyone. I could see the tears in their eyes, and while I wanted to cry too, I knew I had to stay strong. This was my moment to step into the future I had been dreaming of – moving to Bangalore to turn my life around. I tried to hold back my emotions. I didn't respond to any of the emotional farewells, knowing that if I did, I wo...
